Mubukwanu K. Matondo (MK)
Chief Administrative Officer
Mubukwanu K. Matondo (MK), our Chief Administrative Officer holds a degree in Accounting from the Zambia Center for Accountancy Studies. After working as an auditor for one of Zambia's leading audit firms, she founded her own real estate agency, "Property Market"
Upon relocating to the U.S., MK chose to make a difference in people's lives by pursuing a career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She has dedicated herself to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the elderly with dignity. With close to 10 years experience across various settings—including in home care, adult family homes, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living—MK's passion for care is evident. She currently operates her own adult family homes in Spokane and Seattle, both of which are thriving.
MK is CPR certified and holds a valid food worker's card. She has received specialized training in mental health, dementia, developmental disabilities, and Alzheimer's care. Known for her pleasant demeanor, MK consistently serves her clients and patients with a warm smile.
Nikki Jones
Care Coordinator Director.
Nikki Jones serves as our Operations Manager and Case Manager.
Nikki is renowned for her exceptional compassion and warm personality. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, she holds an active
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
certification and has previously worked as a pharmacy technician.
Throughout her career, Nikki has served seniors in various settings, including management roles in adult family homes and as an in-home individual provider for the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). Her diverse experience also includes case management and serving as an Activities Director in assisted living facilities, where her creative energy
truly shines.
At Sunshine, Nikki is responsible for conducting assessments, providing counseling, connecting families with resources, and advocating for clients' needs. She has received specialized training in mental health and dementia care and is also CPR certified and holds a food worker's card.
Eugide Matando (Mat)
Director Of Operations
Eugide Matondo (Mat) has extensive experience as a paralegal, having worked for the world's second-largest employer. Driven by his passion for helping others, Mat transitioned into healthcare, believing there is no greater fulfillment than the opportunity to serve seniors in our community.
With his infectious energy, Mat brings a vibrant spirit to his work with seniors. He has completed his Home Care Aide certification and specializes in mental health and dementia care. Additionally, Mat is CPR certified and holds a food worker's card.
As the Director of Operations, Mat oversees the day-to-day functions of the agency, develops marketing strategies, organizes staff training, ensures compliance with regulations, and implements quality improvement initiatives.
